Frank Miranda is a Trial Attorney who has been practicing law for over 20 years. Mr. Miranda has lived in Tampa his whole life empowering him to develop strong relationships with the Tampa Bay area legal community and resources needed to win his clients’ cases.

Mr. Miranda’s passion for real estate law began when he worked as a Tampa mortgage broker. During that time, he learned the methods, techniques and strategies that banks use when foreclosing on properties which enables Mr. Miranda to successfully litigate foreclosure cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. This background coupled with his pride of living and doing business in Tampa has led Mr. Miranda to successfully handle over a billion dollars in foreclosure and title insurance cases. Frank Miranda has successfully represented mass tort claims, including the BP Oil Spills, Hernia Mesh, and Fresenius dialysis claims. Mr. Miranda has also recovered punitive damages for clients wronged by three of the largest banking institutions for their willful and reckless acts towards the community.

Additionally, Mr. Miranda is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Frank Miranda graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Mr. Miranda graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Upon passing the Florida Bar, Frank Miranda joined the Office of the State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County and was responsible for prosecuting felony drugs and major crimes.

After gaining valuable trial experience as a prosecutor, Mr. Miranda went into private practice focusing primarily on real estate transactions and litigation, complex business litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Miranda also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix, teaching courses on employment law and business law.

Frank Miranda is married with two children and active in multiple community organizations and charities.

Frank Miranda is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the Federal Middle District of Florida, and the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
