Bio

Artin Gholian is the founding member of the Gholian Law Group, A Consumer Advocacy Law Firm. Artin is a civil litigator specializing in property damage, and personal injury-related claims representing individuals and property owners.

Artin’s passion for fighting on behalf of consumers and individuals was ignited during his time as a law clerk at a prestigious consumer rights firm. His very first case involved the representation of over 550 individuals defrauded out of millions in a real estate vacation club Ponzi scheme. It was with this case that Artin decided to dedicate his legal career to advocating on behalf of property owners and individuals against corporate greed and insurance company obstruction.

HOA/Condo Damage Disputes – Artin represents condo/townhouse owners whose units were damaged as a result of common area failures or conditions existing outside the unit itself.

Mass Torts – Artin currently represents victims of the Porter Ranch gas leak and has represented homeowners in the 2009 Station Fire and other California wildfires. Artin has been attorney of record in other mass tort claims including medical device defect cases and real estate Ponzi schemes.
