The Law Offices of Vonda M. Sargent is widely recognized as one of the best personal injury Law firms in Washington State.

Before Ms. Sargent opened her private practice, she clerked at the Washington Supreme Court and Division II of the Court of Appeals for the Honorable Gerry Alexander for whom she also interned during her 1L year. Ms. Sargent spent several years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Thurston County, where she was appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Young Lawyer's Division of the Washington State Bar Association. After prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, Ms. Sargent branched out into the civil arena where she worked as in-house insurance defense counsel for State Farm and Allstate insurance companies.

In Keodalah v. Allstate Mutual Insurance Company, Mr. Keodalah successfully proved that his insurance company was less than forthright when it evaluated his claims. In Lock v. American Family, the Washington State Court of Appeals reversed a trial court’s JNOV and remanded for a new trial based on the insurance company’s bad faith conduct. In Henderson v.
