Thomas Doyle has been a lifelong resident of Washington DC and Maryland and a leader in the community. Like all the executives at Hoop Culture Tom’s life has always had the DNA of basketball, his basketball career including playing at all levels of the game. Having had great success in the practice of law and sports based businesses, Tom came on board as CEO of Hoop Culture in 2014. Under his guidance Hoop Culture has increased sales over 600% and has amassed a monumental social media following and strategy.

Tom founded his law practice in 1992 and over the years has grown the business into one of the DC areas premier litigation firms. He has represented thousands of individuals and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Tom has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. He has also been recognized as one of the Top Attorneys in Washington DC and Maryland. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been accepted as a member of the Trial Masters Association; Trial Masters members have stellar reputations for their trial experience and less than 1/2 of 1% of the attorneys in the United States are members in Trial Masters. He also has been named to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel which is limited to the nation's top 1 percent of attorneys. Tom is a member of the bars of Washington DC and Maryland and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

In addition to his work as a trial attorney, Tom is sought after and has worked with many businesses for strategic planning advice. Over the years he has represented professional athletes and sports related businesses in complex transactions and has been an advisor to many sports and entertainment related companies and has utilized his entrepreneur skills to assist many businesses.

Tom has been a leader in organizing, funding and enhancing professional athletic events and team youth sports in the Washington DC area. Tom was the co-founder and Owner of the Premier Basketball League (PBL), a professional basketball league that now features 18 teams throughout the country. As President and Commissioner of the PBL Tom successfully negotiated the first ever television broadcast deal for a US based professional basketball minor league into China. The PBL was started from Tom’s vision of how minor league basketball could be a profitable venture for local teams. Tom is also the founder and owner of the Professional Basketball team the Maryland Nighthawks, later changed to the Washington GreenHawks when the organization became the first green professional sports franchise, and was one of the founding team in the PBL and the second longest running minor league basketball franchise.

He is also a founding member of the Military Bowl DC Touchdown Club Executive Committee.
