Susan Dodge of Dodge Law Office PLLC handles Personal Injury cases including Car Accidents, Trucking Accidents, Drunk Driving Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Wrongful Death cases, Slip & Fall cases as well as Workers’ Compensation cases throughout North Carolina. Susan also represents Businesses, Corporations and individuals in Contract and Business Dispute cases throughout North Carolina. Susan is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Randolph County Bar Association, and currently serves as the Vice President for the NC 37th Judicial District.
Susan is a zealous advocate and leader when it comes to Injury and Wrongful Death cases. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with degrees in Biology, Anthropology and Chemistry. She then worked in the corporate world, for Ecolab Inc. and American Express, gaining invaluable experience before going to law school. She graduated law school with honors from Faulkner University Law School in Montgomery AL.
Susan comes from a family of attorneys. Her grandfather began his law practice in 1950 in upstate New York, and her mother and father also practiced law in New York, before her father began his law practice in North Carolina in 1999. Susan began her law practice in North Carolina in 2012 and is licensed in North Carolina State and Federal Courts.
The foundation of Susan’s law practice is helping those in need and doing right by people, which is evident in the personal and professional relationships she has with her community, clients, families, businesses as well as attorneys, judges, and experts. She is knowledgeable of how the insurance industry operates and has years of experience dealing with state and federal agencies (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, social security etc) and how they coincide with the insurance industry (Liability, Uninsured, Underinsured, Worker’s Compensation, Private Disability, MedPay etc).
