Bio

Mr. Breen is a trial attorney.  He has extensive trial and litigation experience aggressively handling and winning a broad range of cases.  Mr. Breen has achieved record setting verdicts, including two Texas Hall of Fame verdicts.  He has dedicated his trial practice to serving a wide variety of clients and handles cases involving damages to people and businesses, including catastrophic accidents and injuries; commercial litigation and business torts; class actions; defective products and drugs; medical and other professional malpractice; insurance company bad faith; officer/director, shareholder and corporate liability; contract, commercial and employment disputes; real estate and real property disputes, including easement, boundary and adverse possession issues; technology related disputes including trade secrets and covenants not to compete; construction litigation; transportation and trucking litigation; toxic tort and environmental suits; media law and defamation; and litigation involving governmental entities. He served as an attorney for an appellate court and handles appeals in private practice.  Mr. Breen is also a licensed mediator.

Braxton Craven National Moot Court Competition - (Best Speaker in Nation); State Champion - TYLA State Moot Court Tournament (Best Speaker in State)

Mr. Breen also won other Honors, including The Order of Barristers for High Honor in the Art of Courtroom Advocacy; The Dean's Student Service Award; The George T. Barrow Outstanding Student Award; The Student Bar Association Award for Outstanding Male Graduate; and American Jurisprudence Awards for excellence in Torts and Appellate Advocacy
