Bio

Mr. Bennett has been an attorney with The Beasley Firm, LLC., since 1977, practicing primarily in the area of Personal Injury. He has given many continuing legal education programs for the National Business Institute. Mr. Bennett helped Jim Beasley, Sr., research and write "Product Liability and the Unreasonably Dangerous Requirement," a textbook cited by numerous state courts as an authoritative standard on product liability law. Mr. Bennett has been listed as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" for many years and was named as one of the top 100 Lawyers in Philadelphia in 2014. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice. He was selected to The Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. Mr. Bennett also lectured at seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Institution from 2014 through 2018 on Premises Liability. Mr. Bennett is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation which limits membership to the top 1% of all licensed lawyers. Mr. Bennett received his B.A. Degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and his J.D. degree from Villanova University.
