Bob began his litigation practice in 1975 protecting the rights of individuals whether as a result of automobile accidents, defective product liability issues, medical/dental malpractice, truck rollovers, aviation matters, as well as maritime/admiralty claims. He takes pride in the fact that he was the first attorney to utilize Magnetic Resonance Imaging on a forensic basis in September, 1984.
Bob continues to be called upon by individuals and referring attorneys to assist them as litigation counsel in the Circuit Courts of the State of Florida as well as The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he was admitted to that Court’s Trial Bar in 1975.
In addition to his active litigation practice, Bob has been recognized by Circuit Court Judges of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties as an Expert Witness in fee matters relating to malpractice.
