Bio

Robert H Cooper, or "Bob" as he is known, graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Although, he has practiced in the field of probate, family law, criminal law, personal injury, worker's compensation, employment discrimination and other, he is well-known throughout the state of South Carolina as an experienced bankruptcy attorney. Bob has represented approximately 20,000 such clients in both consumer and business bankruptcy over the past 30 years. He has served on a multitude of committees as part of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, and has spoken at seminars on many occasions. Bob has argued thousands of disputed cases in the federal bankruptcy court in South Carolina, and occasionally on appeal to the federal district court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Bob has brought to trial a number of complicated matters and has succeeded in setting new law on occasion in the field of bankruptcy.
