Mr. Boyers has successfully recovered many millions of dollars for clients injured by negligence. As a civil trial lawyer, he has been repeatedly listed as a Florida “Super Lawyer,” one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in both Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, a “Top Lawyer” as recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide and is a member of Florida’s “Legal Elite” as published in Florida Trend Magazine. He has also been named a National Trial Lawyer “Top 100 Trial Lawyer,” a Top 100 Attorney and received the lifetime achievement award of designation as one of “America’s Top 100 Attorneys.” He holds an AV – Preeminent Rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory and a 10/10 Rating with AVVO.

Mr. Boyers is also a Past President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association and is a former Director of both the Florida Justice Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He previously served as Chair of Florida Bar Grievance Committee “D” for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County. He is admitted to practice in federal court and in the state courts of Florida, New York and Connecticut and is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Boyers writes and lectures frequently on civil trial matters, has provided commentary on local and national news shows and has been named a Legal Impact Leader by Business Leader Magazine.
