In 1996, Richard was elected President of the Florida Justice Association. Richard has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar for over 20 years. During his career, he has represented clients as lead counsel in many States, and had the honor of representing Foreign Countries on litigation teams against the tobacco industry.
