Michael is a civil trial attorney, who focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Michael’s practice consists exclusively of jury trial work, focusing on significant matters involving personal injury, including wrongful death, tractor‑trailer, and premises liability cases. Michael is often associated by other attorneys for the preparation and trial of litigated matters and is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Michael is a certified Civil Trial Lawyer through the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been a guest lecturer, speaking to several trial lawyer groups on the topic of trials and depositions.
