Bio

Keith developed the characteristics of hard work and dedication while growing up on a dairy farm and training in 4-H and FFA. He completed his undergraduate work and law school at the University of Arkansas.

Keith is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma and built his practice through hard work, referrals from satisfied clients and attention to details. Each case receives his personal attention as he, not a paralegal, works directly with clients. Most injury and Social Security cases are taken on a no win no fee basis.

Keith has obtained several recoveries for his clients exceeding $1,000,000.00. After a four year battle against 13 defense firms, he and co-counsel secured in excess of $15,000,000.00, which is believed to be the largest sum recovered in a medical malpractice case in Arkansas history.

Keith has been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers every year since 2012 and a Nationally Ranked Top 10 Attorney by National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Keith married the former Laura Spencer and they reside in Fort Smith with their two sons. In their spare time, they enjoy their sons’ activities, their cats and three shelter dogs, their vegetable garden, fishing and hunting.
