I - Lynn Harris - as a Utah Personal Injury lawyer - was born, raised, and educated in the State of Utah. I graduated from Brigham Young University and later attended law school in California at the University of the Pacific. I returned to Utah to raise my family and to start my legal practice specializing in all areas of representing local citizens who have sustained personal injury due to the fault of others. [I also returned to ski the Utah Mountains and to bike the roads and trails of Southern Utah!]

I have since specialized in the legal fields of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death throughout the State of Utah, as well as in Idaho, Wyoming and California.

It has been my distinct pleasure and goal in life to represent injured persons as against the various Corporate Giants who stand behind and defend those guilty of injuring and causing physical and emotional harm to others.

These corporate Giants include all of the major auto and trucking liability insurance groups, as well as the major national and local medical malpractice insurance companies and finally, the many large insurance companies who insure property owners.

I have learned that it takes a ‘team’ of legal professionals to fight and win as against the well-funded list of Giant insurance companies referenced above. The Giants who we fight have limitless resources to fight all claims as against their bottom line profitability. The Giants ‘live’ to deny and fight all claims made by injured persons.

Over the years I have gathered together a winning team of legal, medical and engineering professionals to fight and win as against the Giants of the insurance industry. Our team commits to: out-work the other side; to out-think the other side; and finally to out-spend the other side in gathering and presenting the necessary expert testimony necessary to win at trial and/or to win in settlement proceedings.

Over the years I have been successful in representing my injured clients and their families and have several million plus dollar verdicts and many-many significant settlements in the hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars.

Over the years I have been noted to be a “Super Lawyer” in the fields of personal injury and medical malpractice. I am a member of National Trial Lawyers ‘Top 100’ Lawyers. I have the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards as awarded by the national Martindale Hubbell peer rating system.

Mr. Harris has served on the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association (UTLA/UAJ), and is currently a member of the advisory board. The UTLA/UAJ is an organization of personal injury attorneys dedicated to the preservation of individual rights of the injured citizen, the preservation of the civil jury system, and full access by the injured public to all of the courts of the state of Utah.
