Bio

Loren Schwartz represents clients in high-stakes personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death matters. He has a demonstrated track record of obtaining outstanding results for his clients, whether by jury verdict at trial, mediation, or through pre-litigation negotiations.

Loren’s awards include recognition among America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys while also being named a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2016. In 2020, he was a finalist for San Francisco Trial Lawyer of the Year after securing a unanimous $700,000 jury verdict on behalf of a woman who sustained hearing loss in one ear following what should have been a routine in-office medical procedure.

Loren has obtained multi-million dollar results for individuals involved in car, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents; people injured on the job; cases involving premises liability; and victims of medical neglect.

Obtaining full compensation for his clients, however, is just part of the job. Loren also takes the time to make sure his clients are educated about the litigation process and that they fully understand what their rights are following an injury or the wrongful death of a loved one.

Loren received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science while playing on the school’s rugby team. He later attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where he served as a published member of the School’s Law Review. During law school, Loren worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ignazio J. Ruvolo of California’s First District Court of Appeal.

Loren currently serves on the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association’s Board of Directors. He is also on the Advisory Board for the Milton Marks Neuro-Oncology Family Camp, a summer camp for individuals with brain tumors and their families.
