After attending Austin College and Baylor University, Mr. Hart received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Texas, New York, Massachusetts and Oklahoma, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Hart has been named one of the 500 leading plaintiffs' lawyers in America with Lawdragon magazine, and is a member of the elite Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also received the distinguished peer rating of AV-Preeminent* with Martindale-Hubbell, and has been a speaker and author for seminars and publications.
