Bio

Jeff DeLoach is a trial attorney and founding partner of Epps, Holloway, DeLoach and Hoipkemier, LLC. Jeff’s practice focuses on personal injury, business and commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and eminent domain. Jeff has an AV-Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and from 2013 through 2016, Jeff was recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyer-Rising Star.”
Jeff has significant trial, arbitration and appellate experience. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in Georgia Superior Courts and has handled a variety of arbitration matters and litigation in various U.S. District Courts. In addition to his trial and arbitration experience, Jeff has represented clients in various matters in the Georgia Court of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Jeff earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Mock Trial Executive Board. Prior to law school, Jeff earned his B.A, cum laude, from Furman University, where he was a four-year letterman on the Men’s Golf Team and co-captain his senior year. Jeff is a member of the National Order of the Barristers and Phi Kappa Phi.
Jeff is admitted to practice before all state trial and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
