For over 25 years Itzik has dedicated his professional career to assisting Oregonians navigate through difficult times brought on by unfortunate circumstance. Itzik genuinely cares about people and is personally offended when witnessing insurance companies or corporations using their limitless resources to suppress and take advantage of everyday folks. After dozens of trials and arbitrations, Itzik has fostered a formidable approach to leveling the playing field and forcing corporate America to treat his clients as human beings, not a faceless number or statistic.

Itzik received his Bachelor degree in Political Science with emphasis in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. He was also honored with the Order of Barristers for his advocacy accomplishments while at Willamette.

Itzik has been admitted to practice law in the states of Oregon and Washington. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Lane County Bar, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and National Trial Lawyers. Itzik has also served on the board of several non-profit organizations, Oregon State Bar Committees and is a former President of Emerald Business Partners.

Since 1996 Itzik’s practice has focused on claims involving Auto Accidents, Medical and Professional Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Premise Liability, Catastrophic Injuries, Sex Abuse, and Defective Products. He enjoys the challenges and complexity of preparing for and litigating cases. Itzik has successfully litigated dozens of cases against individuals, insurance companies, and large multi-billion dollar corporations. For him to goal is always the same – give people their lives and dignity back.

When he is not busy fighting corporate America and the insurance industry, Itzik enjoys backpacking, camping, training for his next marathon, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
