Bio

Mr. Johnson devotes his practice primarily to personal injury, and complex litigation matters. Mr. Johnson has extensive trial experience in both jury and bench trials in the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the State Courts of Nevada and on a pro hac vice basis, cases in Arizona, California, Washington, New York, Florida, Utah and South Dakota. Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada; the Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Johnson has resided in Southern Nevada for more than 40 years. He holds degrees from Brigham Young University in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University.
