David R. Castellani has been practicing personal injury , employment and Civil rights litigation for 28 years. David has achieved the distinction of a Certified Civil Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court since 2002 and has tried numerous jury trials to a successful resolution for his clients. David has also argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court ,Appellate Division and The United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. in 2016 David obtained a settlement of over 5 million dollars after mediation for the victim of a trucking accident which was one of the top 20 settlements or verdicts in the state of New Jersey in that year. David was also a participant in Trial Lawyers Care and was recognized by the US Congress for providing Pro Bono representation to a family whose father was killed in the 911 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and obtained a 3.8 million dollar recovery for his clients in that litigation which David believes this was one of his most satisfying achievements as an attorney. David takes pride in defending and protecting the rights of his clients.
