CRAIG MITNICK

Craig Mitnick has been in the forefront of developing creative theories of liability and creative approaches in matters involving complex civil and criminal litigation that have resulted in positive outcomes for individuals and businesses nationwide. When engaging in the practice of law Craig is guided by his belief that justice, passion, and equality apply to all individuals and not just select persons.

Craig specializes in complex litigation, with an emphasis in the areas criminal defense and civil liability.

Mitnick was selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is known for his aggressive, unfettered and vigorous representation of his clients. His portfolio of clients includes over 1000 retired NFL players who have claims against the NFL for concussion related injuries. Mitnick was involved in the groundbreaking concussion litigation from the onset of the action against the NFL.

His innovative approach to litigation and negotiated settlements in addition to his track record of successful verdicts has gained him national recognition as a leader in the profession.

After earning his B.B.A. in finance from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Mitnick received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mitnick began his career as an Assistant County Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey. During that time, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies.

Upon transitioning over to the private practice of law, Mitnick founded Mitnick Law Office. Additionally, from 2003-2008, Mitnick was a contracted on-air legal analyst and on-air contributor for Fox News Channel, Fox syndicated Television Network, Fox News Radio syndication stations, and CBS.

Mitnick's experience stems over 30 years in state Court and Federal Courts throughout the Country. He has just been selected as the most strategic and aggressive litigator (New Jersey), an honor that is consistent with his reputation in the legal community and public domain.
