Bio

Audrey Snyder is an attorney supporting the firm in the areas of injury claims, including defective products, occupational diseases, and workers’ compensation. She began working with Ward Black Law late in 2017 as a contract attorney and formally joined the team in the spring of 2018. She engages her passion for helping the defenseless and has a desire to “stand up for the little guy.”

Audrey Snyder has made a significant impact in the legal field, particularly in asbestos exposure and occupational disease litigation. Her professional achievements include being named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in 2021 and 2024, serving as the 2024 NCAJ Women's Caucus Chair, serving as President of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys and being recognized by Best Lawyers in America as "One to Watch" since 2023. She also earned a spot on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2024, solidifying her reputation as a leading attorney in her practice area.

Known for her passion for justice and her dedication to her clients, Audrey is a tireless advocate for individuals suffering from workplace injuries and diseases. Her expertise and results-oriented approach have earned her the respect of peers and clients alike.

A native of Lewisburg, West Virginia, Audrey is the oldest of five siblings and the first in her family to pursue a career in law. She met her husband, Gabe, while they both attended undergraduate school at Campbell University and later attended law school together. Her family background shaped the way she relates with people, developing her leadership skills with a balance of both ambition and kindness.

Audrey enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. She loves playing tennis and being outdoors. She adores her family and treasures the moments she spends with them. Her personal life motivation is outlined by Psalm 37:4, “Do what the Lord wants and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
