Jordan is a highly experienced trial attorney with outstanding reviews from clients and fellow lawyers, including former mentors and opposing counsel. He primarily handles catastrophic injury cases involving spine surgery and traumatic brain injuries and has earned a reputation for his investigative skills and success in complex liability and injury causation matters. Jordan has successfully handled cases from inception through trial and has achieved multi-million-dollar results in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, dangerous roadways, defective products, and nursing home abuse. The firm intentionally limits the number of cases it accepts so the team can focus on catastrophic injury matters with a heavy lean into client satisfaction.

Several of Jordan’s cases against Northern California public entities have resulted in significant roadway safety improvements, particularly along Highway 49 between Auburn and Grass Valley. His work has not only secured compensation for injured clients but has also helped make local roads safer for the community. Jordan has been recognized as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters and a Top Lawyer by Sacramento Magazine. He also holds a 10/10 rating from Avvo and a 4.7/5 rating from Martindale-Nolo.

Jordan is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, the Christian Legal Society, and the American Association for Justice’s Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. He is also a past president of both the Placer County Law Library and the Placer County Bar Association, co-founder of the PCBA Civil Law Section, and founder of the PCBA Ski & Snowboard Club. He remains active in the community through organizations including the Placer County Historical Society and Special Olympics Northern California.

Jordan previously worked for two of California’s largest firms in their respective practice areas of personal injury and construction litigation. He received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated early and with honors. Jordan also took and passed the California Bar Exam early. During law school, he worked full-time as a law clerk with one of the largest personal injury firms in California and volunteered with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, he worked full-time waiting tables while earning his undergraduate degree from Sacramento State University, where he also graduated with honors.

Jordan was raised in Placer County and a graduate of Colfax High School. He currently resides in Placer County with his wife and their two children.
