Bio

Since 1972, I been a senior partner or sole proprietor of a boutique personal injury practice dedicated to obtaining full, fair and just compensation for victims suffering injuries and damages as a result of the negligent or intentional conduct of others. For approximately 48 years I have taken pride in always going above and beyond to serve the needs of my clients in order to bring them full and complete compensation and justice. In 2015, I received the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego "Outstanding Advocate Award" and have been named a Super Lawyer since 2010.

I am licensed before the Supreme Court of the State of California, The Supreme Court of the United States of America, The Federal District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Claims Court.

I have been "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell since the early 1980's. I have served as a Municipal and Superior Judge Pro Tempore and have been named "Top Lawyer" in several local and statewide newspapers and professional magazines since 2000. I have been a lecturer at many professional seminars, on a variety of topics, and have authored accompanying written material for each presentation.
